From the initial design and precise layout planning to the selection of the most cost-effective PCB suppliers, we can quickly and reliably source original components locally. We then hand over all materials to the best PCBA suppliers, who inspect, package, and ship the final product directly to you. Throughout the entire process, our dedicated team, who speak the local language, ensures smooth operations and maximum efficiency.

Our Team
Reinhard develops, calculates, and designs electrical machines, designs power inverters of all power classes, and creates layouts for power electronics. He also programs the embedded controllers for these systems, ensuring the complete integration of hardware and software solutions.
Anna is our experienced PCB and PCBA specialist. She reliably coordinates from Wuhan all your orders, finds the right manufacturers, and keeps an eye on price, delivery time, and quality. As a native Chinese speaker, she can resolve issues directly on-site, ensuring fast and smooth processes.
Georg is responsible for finances, accounting, and administrative matters. He monitors payments and invoices, handles tax documents, and manages income and expenses.
Ryan works in the Shenzhen chip center, manages your bill of materials (BOM) and ensures the best prices, short delivery times, and guaranteed authenticity of the components.
Robert ensures fast and secure global communication between our network and you. He also provides cloud storage for efficient and secure data exchange if needed.
Christine is the good soul of the company and takes on all those tasks that developers find difficult: from documentation and mail processing to shopping, travel planning, and other administrative tasks.
Arndt is responsible for electronics development and works on two different layout platforms. He is proficient in both KiCad and Altium, takes care of problem-solving, creates circuit diagrams, and translates them into layouts. He also designs assemblies and is responsible for prototyping.

A central element of this philosophy is the personal and professional profile of our managing director, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Reinhard Müller-Syhre. His extensive work in various areas of drive technology forms the foundation of our systemic approach.
A clearly structured, chronological "Experiogram" illustrates his career spanning over five decades: from academic research and industrial development to international consulting. His expertise ranges from embedded control, hardware development, drive regulation, and power electronics to CAD/simulation and the design of complex electric machines and gear systems.
He held leadership or advisory roles at prestigious companies such as SIEMENS, BMW, Magna, Continental, IWIS, Kinshofer, Clean Mobile, and Hirschvogel. The color-coded structure of the Experiogram provides an immediate visual overview of his technical focus and roles. Selected photos and videos of real-world projects document successful implementations in railway drives, e-bike systems, high-performance inverters, and gear development.
Since 2014, he has been managing director of Tetrastruct GmbH, specializing in contract development of electric drive systems, inverter design, motor dimensioning, and embedded programming. He is also active as a lecturer and speaker in the fields of drive technology, mechatronics, and system integration.
A major milestone ahead is the planned foundation of Tetrastruct China Ltd., aimed at bringing development, sales, and supply chaining even closer to international markets.
